The Challenge
A thriving congregation and active social presence, but comms, web, giving, and operations all ran separately; nothing scalable, nothing sustainable.

A full communications system with workflows and a volunteer team; complete visual identity and creative production across every platform; a rebuilt website and companion app; organized and monetized social presence; and a full platform migration onto Google Workspace and Tithe.ly, consolidating giving, events, and operations into one system.

Why It Worked
