The Challenge

An established program built under Paige's name needed to become its own organization, Turning the Paige Collective, with a completely new look, voice, and tone. The risk was real: move too far from what people already knew, and the audience feels lost; don't move far enough, and the new organization never becomes its own thing. It had to read as the same trusted work and a fully new identity, at the same time.
